As an Office Assistant at Michael Scott Paper Company, you will play an essential role in the daily operations of our office. Under the supervision of Office Manager Pam Beesly, you will provide administrative support, help organize and streamline office procedures, and facilitate smooth communication within the team. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity for growth and professional development.
We are flexible on qualifications, but the ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in organizing their work using tools like MS Excel and other office equipment. Prior experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant would be advantageous but not required. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently will also be vital to this role.
