As a Customer Service Representative at Dunder Mifflin, you'll join our Customer Service team and will report to Kelly Kapoor. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing product and service information, processing returns, and creating sales leads.
We are flexible on qualifications, but an ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
