BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at our clinic in Georgetown, Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
