- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure

Our Lakewood clinic treats a general outpatient orthopedic population and is looking for a highly motivated PT to join our family!

Salary:
- $ 85000 - $ 93000 / Year
- $ 5000 Sign-On Bonus
This salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
