Why a Business Development Managager is an important member of The Care Team:

As a Business Development Manager, you will analyze the potential of the company’s service area to determine your target markets. You will do outreach within your territory and educated those on The Care Team’s offerings. You’ll develop marketing and sales ideas to help spread awareness of our company.

Visiting doctor’s offices, hospital discharge desks, assisted living facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals is critical in this role. Your marketing and sales plans you come up will, will help you identify priorities, and help you establish a reasonable timetable. You will be expected to meet or exceed outline referrals monthly which will gradually increase when you start.
