Position Purpose Provide data analytic leadership across functional areas to improve overall analytic capabilities and scalability. Develop advanced analytic strategies and tools to support long range vision that fully leverage business unit data assets. Oversee all reporting and data requirements for assigned business unit, including .various functions for new and existing operations.

Establish long-term and short-term strategies for business unit analysis and reporting solutions.

Oversee and lead the business intelligence portfolio, delivering a high value toolkit to measure and monitor network performance, support value based contracting and incentive programs, develop member clinical and risk profiling models, report on overall cost and utilization, and support other functional domains

Oversee and manage various technology services and all system implementations and enhancements, including business requirements development

Develop and oversee data analysis efforts to produce accurate, efficient, and timely data reporting models, including federal and state deliverables, contract deliverables, ad hoc reports, and internal reports for all functional areas

Resolve and lead teams to resolve complex technology, data, and process based issues, gaps, and risks

Facilitate the development, implementation, and end user adaption of systems and tools to adhere to standard operating protocols and outcomes

Partner with operational leadership teams to design and implement work flow optimization and automation processes through all departments

Lead business analysis architecture design and define integration path of business unit analytic tools and processes

Lead executive cross-functional steering committees related to analytics tools with various functional areas to meet expectations and objectives of leadership and key stakeholders

Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of data analysis and information systems experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Previous leadership, project management and implementation experience required.
