Our Purpose
- Lead the marketing discipline in support of the Citi and American Airlines account teams by developing and executing marketing and cardholder solutions, including product launches, card acquisition and usage campaigns, experiential programs and events, marketing platform enhancements, card linked offers and benefits, and cardholder promotions, all of which are designed to drive incremental Mastercard revenue and assist our customers with their key business priorities.
- Elevate the thinking of how Priceless can impact the sales process and contribute to winning new business in the region by creating efficient yet customizable approaches, mining rich marketing insights, building creative briefs and sales materials, developing cutting edge customer engagement tactics, and taking a lead role in customer facing presentations and pitches.
- Play a critical role in demonstrating the value of our Priceless Brand campaign, innovative marketing approaches and brand platforms to our partners.
- Work in close partnership with Account Management and the Mastercard Data & Services team to collaborate, concept and execute world class marketing programs to meet customer objectives and support key Mastercard products, solutions and marketing platforms aligned to business priorities.
- Define and track partner marketing success measures and reporting methodology. Influence marketing investment strategy supported by business cases, process and proof of ROI to maximize efficiencies across all marketing activity.
- Work closely with fellow IMC disciplines including Consumer Marketing, Sponsorships, Media, Communications and Marketing Strategy/Services; both locally and globally.
- Energize and inspire a team to be bold, creative and passionate marketers, while promoting a culture of hard work, decency and inclusivity
- Exceptional business and relationship management skills leading senior level partnerships- influencing, negotiating – for the purpose of delivering marketing value and business growth to Mastercard
- Seasoned business development executive that has led and participated in customer pitches and sales presentations
- Experience building compelling creative campaigns including agency engagements, brief development, and creating bespoke brand platforms
- Creative and agile thinker possessing high level of comfort with fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize, multitask and manage to deadlines while being focused on delivering results
- Knowledge of financial technology & payments business is a big plus
- 10-15 years marketing experience
- MBA preferred
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
