Overview


The Corporate Security Program Management team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. The idea candidate is passionate about cybersecurity, highly motivated, analytical, and well organized. The role requires a blend of cybersecurity knowledge, an understanding of cloud platforms, and management of security integration with an acquired entity. In this role, you will:


  • Lead complex initiatives and projects, collaborate with business partners, vendor/consulting organizations, and peer-level professionals from other IT disciplines ROLE
  • Cultivate and maintain working relationships with variety of internal stakeholders, including business owners, end-users, customers, project managers, engineers, and senior leadership
  • Drive multiple simultaneous workstreams that may involve the delivery and set up of infrastructure, engineering, physical security, access, security compliance, and policies and government regulations (i.e. Payment Card Industry, General Data Protection Regulation, etc)


All About You


The ideal candidate for this position should have:


  • Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Technical program delivery experience including software development lifecycle, cloud-native software products, CI/CD, and microservices APIs
  • Experience leading project teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/ consulting organizations and peer level professionals from other IT disciplines.
  • Huge plus if you have experience in the payments industry
  • Preferred, not required, certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Pay Ranges


O'Fallon, Missouri: $113,000 - $186,000 USD
