Position Purpose The Supervisor of Inside Sales is responsible for attaining sales objectives for a specific geographic area or market segment. This position is responsible for daily management and oversight of the activities of an inside sales force team. The Supervisor initiates, develops, coordinates, implements and tracks activities, sales strategies, and budget to achieve membership growth objectives.

• Meets/exceeds assigned sales and retention goals. Implements sales strategy to obtain new business as defined by established new business goals. Tracks and reports sales activities.
• Fully accountable for maximizing, tracking and staying on budget with team budget.
• Supervises and mentors inside sales team to achieve sales targets. Employs, hires, provides performance appraisals, trains, motivates, promotes, counsels and disciplines assigned associates. Handles and resolves team problems, within level of authority.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience High School diploma.Minimum two to four years experience in Commercial or Medicare products at a major health plan One to two years supervisory experience desired License/Certification Valid, current state driver’s license and ability to drive/travel required DOI Life/Agents license required
