Position Purpose Develops and implements membership growth and retention strategies nationally to meet or exceed enrollment targets for Ambetter and Wellcare. Implements strategies and tactics with Teledigital partners to exceed growth targets. Responsible for leading Teledigital channel and building strong relationships and innovative programs to drive growth.

Develop, inform, and execute the national Medicare sales and retention strategy for Teledigital channel

Develop and achieve strategic plans and goals related to membership, customer, provider, and product growth

Lead Director level team of Agency Directors who support our Teledigital enrollment channel

Strategize, negotiate, and manage Teledigital sales related activities to support growth

Implement sales strategies for new and existing Teledigital relationships.

Develop and manage relationships with partners from pre-proposal, to closing of sale in order to meet long term and short-term sales objectives.

Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field. 8+ years of experience in business management, Medicare, Operations, Managed Care or within a heavily regulated environment. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience required. Travel up to 35% License/Certification Life and Health licensure required
