Senior Specialist, Implementation


Overview


In a customer-facing environment, lead processing implementation projects of a technical nature. Deliver complex implementation activities ensuring impeccable quality and reliability of the implementations.


Role


  • Provide end-to-end project management and execution throughout the implementation project life-cycle.
  • Primary specialization focus will be on implementations of real-time payment products.
  • Assess and document customer needs following the global project coordination methodologies.
  • Guide customers through applicable MasterCard processing rules, specifications, and documentation.
  • Identify appropriate processing implementation support documentation (contracts, agreements, forms, etc.) to be provided by customers.
  • Manage technical aspects of implementations (API components, connectivity requirements, digital certificates, etc.)
  • Handle multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel.


All About You


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with emphasis in business, finance or information technology. Advanced degree in business or management, a plus.
  • Self-starter with an intense curiosity to learn and a strong drive to navigate the ambiguities of supporting new products or services in an independent manner.
  • Superior leadership skills with a proven track record in successfully leading complex initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of MasterCard’s payment processing systems and/or ACH consumer applications.
  • An understanding of how API models work. Actual experience supporting APIs is a plus.
  • Ability to skillfully interact with external customers, business partners, and varying levels of management.
  • Capacity to adapt to an ever-changing and demanding work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven project management expertise.

O'Fallon, Missouri: $80,000 - $124,000 USD
