Our Purpose
- Developing and executing on global and regional level strategy built on top of a strong analytical foundation: customer research, market research, and deep analytics
- Developing and monitoring business cases in partnership with product, sales, operations, and other key stakeholders
- Intelligence creation – building and managing KPIs, dashboards, desktop research, product and sales benchmarking
- Enabling key ecosystem plays bringing together internal and external capabilities leveraging a build, buy, and partner approach
- Managing cross-functional alignment
- Build educational and foundational materials including researching new topics and concepts
- Set the standard and create compelling narratives for Sales and Product that are used for client-facing events including RFPs, client panels, and events
- Leverage expertise in B2B Payments to support research papers in partnership with Mastercard’s Economics Institute, Product, and Innovation teams
- Own and manage lead generation initiatives
- Support key partners and stakeholders research in supporting business cases across sales and product functions
- Previous experience researching new concepts and ideas
- Sales support for RFPs, pitch decks, and deal pricing
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simplified, easy-to-understand manner
- Demonstrated success working with stakeholders across various business units
- Executive presentation and communication
- Experience drawing key insights from data to build and manage business cases and inform strategy
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
