- We work with financial institutions, retailers, telecommunications organizations, travel companies, and more
- Lead the development of all product marketing material, including core sales presentations, collateral, website content, product demos and videos, continuously ensuring content is up to date and accurate
- Work closely with D&S marketing to understand and develop the most impactful placement of content and on launch strategies for new products
- Ensure the effective marketing of Locations product narratives in partnership with the product team; maximize distribution and use across sales and partnerships; strengthen Locations products positions in market
- Craft and recommend customer-led, crisp and competitively positioned product value propositions
- Drive Locations products marketing strategic priorities through the development & execution of product marketing strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a customer-centric vision; ensure consistent alignment between business priorities, market trends, and product direction
- Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track in project plans
- Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Customer centric: strong focus on delivering value to customers and experienced in building strong marketing content
- Natural problem solver: analytical, curious, and insight-driven approach to content development, curation, and growth
- Collaborative team player: proven track record in collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams; exceptional in facilitating challenging conversations and managing ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to engage and influence at all levels, make the complex simple, communicate effectively
- Organizational skills and project management: ability to deal with multiple and competing priorities, structure and manage work streams, and set clear expectations and deadlines
- B2B marketing experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
