Senior Marketing Analyst, Locations / SpendingPulse, Mastercard Data & Services


Overview


Mastercard Data & Services enables customers across industries and geographies to make smarter decisions and reach better outcomes with a tailored portfolio of solutions beyond the transaction.


  • We empower customers to make better data-driven decisions by unlocking a holistic view of consumer behavior beyond their four walls and distilling actionable insights from data
  • We harness the power of real-time, anonymized, aggregated transaction data; powerful software platforms; and a wealth of expertise
  • We work with financial institutions, retailers, telecommunications organizations, travel companies, and more


Role


  • Lead the development of all product marketing material, including core sales presentations, collateral, website content, product demos and videos, continuously ensuring content is up to date and accurate
  • Work closely with D&S marketing to understand and develop the most impactful placement of content and on launch strategies for new products
  • Ensure the effective marketing of Locations product narratives in partnership with the product team; maximize distribution and use across sales and partnerships; strengthen Locations products positions in market
  • Craft and recommend customer-led, crisp and competitively positioned product value propositions
  • Drive Locations products marketing strategic priorities through the development & execution of product marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a customer-centric vision; ensure consistent alignment between business priorities, market trends, and product direction
  • Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track in project plans
  • Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders

  • Customer centric: strong focus on delivering value to customers and experienced in building strong marketing content
  • Natural problem solver: analytical, curious, and insight-driven approach to content development, curation, and growth
  • Collaborative team player: proven track record in collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams; exceptional in facilitating challenging conversations and managing ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to engage and influence at all levels, make the complex simple, communicate effectively
  • Organizational skills and project management: ability to deal with multiple and competing priorities, structure and manage work streams, and set clear expectations and deadlines
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
