Position Purpose Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.

Education/Experience A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science). Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience. Technical Skills Experience with Other evaluating and improving Code Quality /Standards required Experience with Other working with and directing third-party Application Developers required Knowledge of Programming Concepts; Software Design required Soft Skills Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Intermediate - Ability to work independently Intermediate - Demonstrated analytical skills Intermediate - Demonstrated project management skills Intermediate - Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure Intermediate - Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills License/Certification Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
