Senior Analyst, Total Rewards- Compensation


Overview


The Total Rewards team is responsible for Total Rewards programs including all compensation programs, work/life experience, mobility, benefits, and health & wellbeing programs.


This position is within the Project Management & Consultancy team. It will have responsibility for providing consulting advice mainly on global compensation programs across the company and project work.


Role


  • Provides thorough consulting advice on compensation offers, with analysis on salary ranges where available, the role requirements, candidate performance information, time in profile, range penetration, market and internal peer data
  • Manages queries escalated from Mastercard's Global Business Service Centre and from the wider Corporate HR Community
  • Provides support to the Total Rewards Partners in conducting compensation analyses to determine MasterCard’s market position using compensation modeling tools to support salary increase and the new hire offer process.
  • Provides project support to line manager and the SVP, Total Rewards, as required.
  • Documents processes and looks at opportunities for continual improvement
  • Conducts analysis and other ad hoc items as necessary.

  • Strong excel, analytical, modeling, project management and communication skills
  • Consulting skills whether internally to stakeholders or externally to clients
  • Ability to use analytical thinking to leverage data for insights
  • Organizational skills and some project management exposure
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Prior experience working with compensation market data required.
