Overview


Priceless.com is Mastercard’s global experiential lifestyle hub that inspires and creates once-in-a-lifetime moments for Mastercard cardholders and its customers and partners in 30+ countries. The Priceless.com team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Global Consumer Marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about the consumer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This role supports content management for the priceless.com website to drive cardholder engagement and conversion. You will work with the production team, supply team, global priceless.com teams and operations to ensure everything throughout the content creation process is accomplished successfully and on time.


Role


  • Act as lead subject matter expert of product setup capabilities of content featured on priceless.com in support of B2C marketing campaigns, including large sponsorships
  • Provide input into new functionality and overall process improvement and play a crucial role in testing new functionality prior to and following releases
  • Build mockups of UX workflows and user guides for review by partners, international teammates, etc. for all content types, campaigns and programs
  • Conduct training sessions for new international teams joining priceless.com as new destinations and languages, in close partnership with global teammates
  • Partner with production and operations to ensure that products are properly built, descriptions are accurate and well-positioned and optimized for success
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (marketing, fulfillment, market partners, and accounting) to ensure seamless new destination launches and execution
  • Support development of creative content for application in marketing strategies, including thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise, by following specific directions from team members
  • Prepare solution-oriented ideas around content production as it pertains to admin development and improvements leveraging research, best practices, competitive audits, etc. and working with operations and dev to implement the ideas based on priority and need
  • Execute marketing strategies, activities, and events (promotions, sponsorships)
  • Analyzes campaign performance using specified measures and evaluation metrics
  • Prepares marketing solution presentations using specified parameters
  • Provides any necessary clarifications to vendors (e.g., content management systems, agencies, film production, etc.)

  • BA or equivalent education
  • Well organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of diverse and geographically distributed team
  • Creative problem solver
  • Experience working on projects that require collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize collected data and draw out preliminary insights
  • Experience developing presentations by creating content and articulating a story with a clear point of view
