Position Purpose Plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees complex company wide health plan projects working closely with corporate health plan operation groups and subsidiary health plans to deliver financial analysis that support company strategic objectives.

Maintain Valuation and Performance team prioritization tracker, ensuring completion by Valuation Leads, Directors, and VP

Document complex, sub-level valuation steps in project plans with corresponding due dates

Follow up on sub-level valuation steps to ensure completion by due dates

Communicate completion of sub-level valuation steps and update master project plan

Create summary reports of risks/barriers; escalate to Directors and VP for resolution

Track status of escalations

Update PMD roadmap trackers

Update internal pipeline trackers with key valuation information such as savings values and status (for internal use and submission to VCO)

Track timeframes/progress between when initiative details areCollected from Strategy/Implementation/Valuation Leads à Entered in Planview à Submitted to VLs for approval à Approved by VL à Approved by Director à Submitted to markets à Approved/disapproved by markets

Track market approvals/opt outs to key stakeholders

Communicate market approvals/opt outs to key stakeholders

Analyze markets remaining in pending status (high priority and/or high value markets) for Valuation Leads, Directors, and VP to prioritize outreach efforts

Coordinate meetings between market leads and key stakeholders to help secure market commitments (when there is delay in approvals)

Prepare presentation decks for executive level reviews (check-in and internal/external meetings)

Monitor adherence to Valuation and Performance team’s end-to-end process and escalate instances of non-compliance

Research/maintain/update opportunity grid showing full spectrum of market with go-live dates, opt outs, and future opportunities

Track timeframes/progress for all Valuation and Performance processes for Valuation Director and VPs

Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, or related areas. Experience with MS-Office applications. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or MS-Project preferred.
