Position summary Analyze program outcomes and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement action plans to improve and optimize results. Handle complex outcomes analysis projects and may act as a lead for other Outcomes Analysts.


Design and monitor outcomes dashboard and scorecard assigned programs and identify trends based on results


Monitor and analyze program outcomes. Recommend and implement action plans based on outcomes. Perform baseline outcomes and regular assessments of outcome performance to prepare for readiness and verify program requirements are met


Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and address questions and concerns


Conduct presentations to program stakeholders to provide data and information to improve program performance


Develop program components, support and manage the implementation of overall assigned programs


Identify and educate provider agencies on best practices to implement structure and process to achieve optimum outcomes and identify improvement


Education/Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access.
