Position Purpose Manages Product Managers who are responsible for translating the product roadmap into technical features and requirements. Monitors technical maturity of a product compared to standards, guidelines and patterns, prioritizing technology enhancements to ensure a sustainable, reliable, and desirable platform. Explores competitors' products and solutions to meet or exceed current capabilities and remain cost effective.
Collaborates on the product vision, strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
Ensures staff act as the ‘face of the customer’ to define and prioritize product changes, from maintenance to enhancements
Leads the product planning and support on medium to large technical projects typically involving multi-product customer environments
Develops a trusted advisor relationship with stakeholders and technical project leads.
Defines objectives and key results; supports technical team to ensure goals are met
Coordinate product releases with stakeholders
Collaborates on product features and advises product owners and development teams to ensure requirements are met using acceptance criteria
;Recommends technical and process improvements to improve the overall effectiveness of a product
Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conducts performance reviews, and provides leadership, technical guidance and coaching
Shares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices
Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results
Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience. Or in lieu of education and experience, demonstrated work experience and accomplishments applicable to the level, duties and scope of this role Technical Skills Experience with one or more of the following Agile Software Development; Business Analysis; Product Lifecycle Management; Product Management; Project Management required Knowledge of Other specified product domain and industry trends required Soft Skills Ability to lead/manage others Collaboration and team building skills Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback Instills commitment to organizational goals Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management Effective conflict management skills Develops and delivers effective presentations Demonstrated negotiation skills License/Certification Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Practitioner, or equivalent required SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
