This role can be performed anywhere in the US.

Position Purpose Drive the full strategic sourcing process by leading supplier negotiations and contracts and ensuring savings and productivity targets are consistently achieved.

Grow and maintain relationships with internal customers to identify current and future business needs.

Create procurement sourcing goals for the team; ensure projects are on track and manage expectations of customers.

Utilize market research along with RFI and RFP results to develop sourcing strategy and supplier selection process based on total cost of ownership, vendor scorecards and financial modeling.

Lead cross-functional teams to gather required information to develop initiative strategy; identify synergies and risks.

Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience with negotiations, contracts, category management, or project management.
