RiskRecon is the flagship product of the Mastercard Cyber Security commercial product organization within Mastercard Cyber & Intelligence. RiskRecon is focused on enabling organizations to dramatically improve their third-party risk management programs. Our automated solution produces analyst-quality, risk-prioritized action plans that enable efficient prioritization of third-party security risks and constructive collaboration with vendors.


Role


The RiskRecon Product team is looking for a Manager, Product Management that will blend cyber security practitioner experience for research and product operations activities that feed the product accuracy and enhance the product for a quality risk assessment platform.


A Manager, Product Management Would Be Expected To


  • Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
  • Leverage Mastercard’s Product Management framework to manage the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements to focus Products
  • Lead in Product Roadmap discussions and plan for Customer Working Group; gaining customer feedback to help prioritize and drive the roadmap
  • Leverage data & dashboards to quickly identify Product performance challenges, making recommendations on proposed action plans
  • Participate in cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives
  • Actively partner with the Guilds to create best practices within the Program with a focus on driving continuous improvement in the Program’s operating model and make proposals to Program leadership on enhancement opportunities
  • Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent product documentation (e.g., support documents)
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences
  • Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors through their behavior, (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions)


About You


In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, a strong candidate could include knowledge and experience in any of the following:


  • Experience in the field of cyber security preferred, which could include:
  • Understanding and experience in multiple disciplines in the security field including vulnerability management, network security, threat intelligence, OSINT (open source intelligence), incident response and a good understanding of security best practices and commonly assessed compliance standards
  • Technical acumen and experience in system hardening, application security, and cloud security
  • Experience in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners
  • Proven success managing cross-program strategic efforts
  • Prior knowledge of the Cyber Security product offerings and ecosystem
  • Relevant cyber security training or certifications such as CISSP, CTPRP, Security+ or CompTIA preferred
  • Experience with Mastercard Studio PME Processes a plus
  • Experience with Aha!, Rally, and JIRA a plus
  • Experience contributing data-driven product ideas that were accepted for development and/or enhancement by senior leaders
  • Extensive experience working on product launches in multiple markets
  • Understands and can explain the business context and the associated customer use cases
  • Improve team processes that accelerate product development, delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality

Atlanta, Georgia: $118,000 - $183,000 USD


New York City, New York: $142,000 - $220,000 USD
