Position Purpose The O&IM Manager supports the O&IM Director in managing a subset of designated Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) within large multi-state geographic territories. The Manager provides direct oversight, coordination, integration, and execution of all program performance requirements at the assigned MTFs. The Manager coordinates with the O&IM liaison team members, to ensure delivery of quality services and consistent, uniform support across serviced facilities. Coordinates the interface activities of assigned O&IM liaison team to ensure performance is compliant, processes and procedures are operating efficiently and effectively, and that services and support are fully integrated and tailored to the specific requirements of the local beneficiaries, MTFs and network providers. The O&IM Manager is responsible for local program integration, coordination and quality assurance activities to ensure that delivered services across the organization conform to performance standards at the assigned MTFs. The Manager is a direct report to the Director O&IM.


  • The O&IM Manager provides required program management services to designated MTFs assigned by the O&IM Director within the Director’s territory. Assigned MTFs will typically include free-standing clinics and smaller station hospitals with relatively lower levels of complexity, management interface and resources required to service and support the facility.
  • Ensures compliant service and support to the MTFs assigned and effective coordination with the liaison team to effect timely resolution of issues and problems brought to the team’s attention.
  • Monitors local program management activities to ensure the required resources, systems and functions are coordinated and integrated.
  • Supports and assists the Director with interfaces and program service and support provided to senior Service Command, the TRICARE Regional Office and other military leadership.
  • Coordinates and integrates functions, processes and efforts to ensure quality services, customer satisfaction and achievement of performance standards at serviced MTFs.
  • Monitors and analyzes data, metrics, claims and performance reports and directs corrective actions to achieve and maintain required contract performance levels. Develops, maintains and updates detailed, integrated Contingency Program Plan processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education/Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Public Health or related health care field; Masters preferred


  • Three to five years MCSC contract experience at or above Manager level (preferred)
  • Three to five years associate supervisory experience
  • Prior Military Health System experience at the MTF department head level (preferred) or relative civilian health care administrative and management experience


Government Security/Clearance/Citizenship As a government contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication of a Federal background investigation.

Pay Range $82,600.00 - $148,700.00 per year


Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
