The Data & Services (D&S) team and solutions fuel growth for Retail and Commerce partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Loyalty, Personalization and Business Experimentation.


Operational excellence and organization are a cornerstone of our success with the team launching dozens of campaigns each week across multiple channels like webinars, emails, thought leadership and social. The D&S Marketing Operations Team has built a robust reporting practice with the goal of demonstrating how marketing influences sales and understanding the team’s impact on revenue. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic team.


Role Overview


The B2B Marketing Paid Media Manager will support accelerated global Retail & Commerce services growth. This US-based role within the Data & Services Marketing Operations Team will leverage your expertise with paid media and paid search to align advertising strategies with business needs to drive traffic and sales. You will work closely with outside agencies and internal partners to align business goals with tactics for long-term measurable improvements.


The Role


  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across various platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and target audience analysis to identify key segments and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Stand up and manage all paid search campaigns across relevant search engines for key D&S initiatives across priority segments, solutions, and markets.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing to optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages for improved campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide actionable insights and recommendations to achieve maximum ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging paid media platforms and techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the marketing and creative teams, to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the product marketing teams to identify areas of opportunity and positioning against key competitors
  • Implement and manage remarketing campaigns to engage and re-engage target audiences.
  • Work closely with external partners, such as advertising agencies or media vendors, to coordinate campaigns and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Continuously track and manage advertising budgets, and work with the SEO and Marketing team, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
  • Prepare regular reports to communicate campaign performance, key findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay on top of competitor advertising links and SEM best practices

  • You have a strong understanding of core B2B marketing tactics and measurement practices.
  • Are a results driven marketer with a passion or paid-media and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and global organization
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and working with DXPs and media providers.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, advertising principles, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in paid media marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, highly detail-oriented and someone who prides themself in quality outputs.
  • You love to collaborate. You have experience working closely in cross-functional teams to develop new and innovative solutions.
  • You balance quantity and quality. You can manage many campaign priorities moving at once from individual team goals to external requests.
  • You have your finger on the pulse of emerging B2B content marketing trends and continually bring new ideas to the table to help engage our customers and prospects with our content.
  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally with other team leads to gain the knowledge needed to inform your strategies and report on wins and opportunities.
  • You have excellent communication skills. You’re able to effectively communicate strategies, measure, and report on progress to peers and leaders alike to gain buy-in and foster a culture of content throughout the organization.
