Overview


CipherTrace, a Mastercard company, is a rapidly growing cryptocurrency intelligence and compliance leader. Our mission is to secure the blockchain economy by making crypto safe for users and trusted by governments. CipherTrace operates on a global scale to assist banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, law enforcement agencies, regulators, VASPs, and businesses in preventing fraud, human trafficking, money laundering, and other illicit activity where cryptocurrency is involved.


The ideal candidate should be a passionate, self-motivated, team player with experience working in a quickly evolving environment and willing to work and learn in a collaborative organization.


Role/All About You


Drive the development of our developer solutions, including apis, csv files, and other data delivery mechanisms to meet the needs of financial institution, government, and partner developer teams


Engage with other Mastercard developer teams and external developers to collect business requirements and develop new ideas for incorporation of Ciphertrace crypto data into other applications


Create and decompose business requirements and customer experiences into features that drive the CipherTrace developer solutions roadmap. Work with Product Managers, Developers, and internal customers to define the details behind business requirements. Transform raw thoughts into clear, concise instructions incorporating user stories and test criteria.


Organize, groom, and accelerate backlog items and activities across multiple teams, aligning dependent organizations and projects.


Drive review sessions of technical requirements. Keep abreast of evolving technology landscape. Ask the right questions to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of designs (scalability, latency, security, performance, data integrity, etc.)


Drive execution of features from inception through successful delivery.


Create mechanisms to report out effectively, providing accurate, timely information about the status of each project to engineering and executive leadership. Regularly review metrics and proactively seek new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring products stay aligned with organization objectives.


Manage defect resolution process.


Own and manage internal product documentation.


Support and participate in post-launch reviews and ensure feedback is reincorporated into products.


Experiences


Experience in product management and evangelism for developer-focused products in the data domain


Strong understanding of APIs and developer tools


Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance.


Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy


Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative, and organization skills


A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and willingness to take on challenging opportunities


Demonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with, and influencing teams while commanding the respect of the individuals on the team

Atlanta, Georgia: $118,000 - $183,000 USD


Purchase, New York: $136,000 - $210,000 USD
