DUTIES

Design and develop the Masking rules specific to Centene.
Lead the design and development discussions of certain new implementation of Talend tool.
Contribute to the Claims Copy Tool project as a key contributor in integration between the provider and member copy tool.
Serve as a point of contact with EDW team on automation of data validation for analytics team in data warehouse.
Lead initiatives on an ABS Data project, address concerns when enough data is not available for development to do unit testing, which is a large risk to quality.
Serve as a key contributor in creating the golden of data for unit, functional, and performance testing on premise and on AWS.
Consult on Center 4 Enablement Initiatives (C4E) in order to implement best practices, train, and guide teams on how to best use talent and infra management.
Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows using Talend data integration platform including TAC, Connectors, Design center and API Management.
Responsible for building complex workflow leveraging Talend components and, if required write routines for certain custom frameworks.
Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time.
Position reports to Centene headquarters at 7700 Forsyth Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63105 and various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 5 Years of relevant work experience.

In addition, experience with the following skills is required (1) Working with ETL/ ELT techniques on Talend DI, Talend data mapper, orchestration components, and REST API; (2) Using understanding of relation databases & No-SQL database including Mongo to build complex workflow leveraging Talend components and writing routines for certain custom frameworks. Participating in requirement gathering, code review meetings, bug fixing, testing, minimal documentation and implementation; (3) Manipulating JSON/ XML Data in Talend studio; (4) Handling EDI file formats including X12 837 (Claim) & 834 (Membership) files; and (5) Working with TAC, configuration and performance tuning; (6) Using trouble shooting Talend data Mapper, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools; (7) Utilizing Agile Methodologies, scrum, Kanban agile process and Jira.

WORK HOURS Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week [800 am to 500 pm]
