Overview


Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) Solutions is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments, both now and in future. We ensure that transactions and interactions are safe, simple and smart. The Cyber Security & Risk Product organization within C&I is responsible for developing and managing cyber security solutions that help build trust in the Mastercard ecosystem while increasing Mastercard’s posture as a leader in the cybersecurity industry.


RiskRecon Protect is a cloud-based cybersecurity solution to help shield companies against DDoS attacks, malicious bots and common web application attacks. The Technical Product Manager for RiskRecon Protect SMB, is responsible for executing against the product roadmap to protect small businesses.


Responsibilities


  • Work with the Product Manager, UX Designer, Architect and Tech Lead to define details behind business requirements and translate those into functional requirements
  • Act as the liaison between the product and engineering teams
  • Own the working backwards document and vision for feature releases
  • Identify issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadership
  • Continuously monitor feature development at the feature level
  • Review product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
  • Prepare launches and monitor platform performances, adoption, and operational health for feature sets
  • Support and participate in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature
  • Work with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues


All About You


  • Experience with cloud security architecture, IT management practice and cybersecurity attacks
  • Able to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand and can explain the business context and the associated customer use cases
  • Proficient at grooming user stories, setting entrance/exit criteria and prioritizing a platform product backlog
  • Understanding of the technologies supporting the platform product and are able to hold your own in debates with other PM-Ts, TPMs, SDEs, and SPMs
  • Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them
  • Verbal and written communication is clear and concise
  • Improve team processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
