The Role

We are transforming technology and creating a digital evolution that will empower Centene to better serve our members. As a Lead IAM Analyst this role will act as the Product Owner for the Role Management team assisting with gathering requirements from key stakeholders, prioritizing the teams backlog, providing insight on possible SailPoint solutions that align with stakeholders needs.

Position Purpose

Leads the provisioning and supports implemented Identity and Access Management systems and solutions. Supports basic troubleshooting and coordinates with helpdesk to resolve user and system access issues. Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports for Identity Access systems. Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.  

Leads the ongoing technical development and deployment of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

Optimizes new and existing processes.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of integration and joint designs.

Stays abreast on knowledge of industry trends, protocols and standards, and associated technologies.

Designs, builds, implements, and deploys high availability solutions and other required IAM capabilities for large, cross platform projects.

Develops and documents standard operating procedures, IAM Standards, and technical design documentation (i.e. run-books, repository of documents, etc.).

Acts as the subject matter expertise on associated identity solutions, modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, tools, active directory, privileged account management, synchronization, provisioning, public key infrastructure, and other relevant identity applications.

Designs, installs, and configures enhanced security models and other applications used for Identity Authentication and Authorization.

Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.

Gathers data, track trend metrics, and analyzes the results for continuous service improvement (capacity, monitoring system health, uptime and growth, etc.).

Remediates issues or defects.

Discovers and takes action on opportunities for streamlining and increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvement.

Designs applications including code, functionality, and interoperability with other systems and applications.

Develops Identity and Access Management (IAM) specific detailed technical requirements and designs, and incorporates industry best practices for access management.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Additionally you will bring

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).

Requires 5 – 7 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills

Experience with SailPoint IIQ or other IAM provisioning software required

Experience With Documentation And Requirements Gathering Required

Experience with Other Power BI, Alteryx and other Data Analytics tools required

Knowledge Of Other Complex IAM Domain And Concepts Required
