POSITION Lead Application Development Engineers

DUTIES

Meet with business partners to understand domain specific business needs and provide technical solution approach from Business Process Management standpoint.
Implement code design, develop, test and deploy enterprise applications using Pega software and necessary domain specific business frameworks.
Develop high level design, process flows, UI Interface and Integration components.
Monitor application performance using tools including Predictive Diagnostic Cloud, Dynatrace, PEGA Log Analyzer, Performance Analyzer and Splunk.
Identify performance bottlenecks and provides technical solutions as needed.
Perform production deployments and validation as needed. Debug issues in production environment along with the product owners as and when required.
Coordinate with shared services teams for necessary application support and conduct debugging sessions with cross commit teams for application performance and api issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality.
Train and guide fellow team members on Pega implementation techniques and challenges.
This position reports to Centene location at 7700 Forsyth Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63105 and various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related and 5 Years of relevant work experience.

In addition, experience with the following skills is required (1) Using Pega PRPC & Pega CSHC to lead designing, coding, testing, and debugging of Pega call center application and system integration; (2) Designing, developing, and implementing guidelines for Pega Call Center application development team; (3) Executing unit testing of the Pega Automation applications and components using Pega RPA and Pega Open span tools; (4) Executing creative software solutions using technologies including Pega CSHC and business processes to address business needs; and (5) Conducting full-stack development using Pega Rules Process Commander V8.5/7.2, CPM 7.2, Pega Robotics Process Automation, Pega Customer Service Health Care (Pega CSHC), JavaScript, JAVA, J2EE, SQL, .NET, JSP, Oracle 11g/12c, SQL Server, Web Services, SOAP, jQuery, JSON, SQL Server Profiler, Windows and UNIX.
