Our Purpose
- Lead the LCM performance desk, defining the operating strategy and aligning priorities, goals, trends etc.
- Support the strategies and monitor the results of the operation
- Define and prioritize development themes of each sprint with a focus on generating LCM results, especially on transactions, spending and consumer engagement
- Make strategic decisions about the operation of performance desk in accordance with the business objectives
- Plan AB tests and evaluate results
- Propose and approve current/new digital communication formats, and new solutions/channels for media investment
- Identify opportunities and propose improvements in operation and changes in campaigns focused on growth and CPA control.
- Guide team through problem solving to business-focused solutions
- Motivate the project delivery team to produce superior quality deliverables, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels
- Own relationship with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital
- Lead on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to both direct and outside team members
- Support the strategies and monitor the results of the operation, engage with the client POC to validate the strategy and present results
- T-Shaped Marketer with deep knowledge on LCM, CRM, marketing automation (communication journey), promotional campaigns and data analytics (communication analysis, data base analysis).
- Digital performance media (facebook, google, programmatic, SEM, SEO)
- Define and prioritize the development themes of each sprint with a focus on generating LCM results, especially on transactions, spending and consumer engagement
- Plan AB tests and evaluate results together with the desk team
- Propose and approve current/new digital communication, and new solutions/channels and journeys for each step of the LCM
- T-Shaped Marketer with deep knowledge on LCM, CRM, marketing automation (communication journey), promotional campaigns and data analytics (communication analysis, data base analysis).
- Digital performance media (facebook, google, programmatic, SEM, SEO)
- User experience and Analytics (media, web, app and CRO analysis)
- Mid knowledge on branding, social, and content.
- Experience coaching and leading teams across large, delivery and implementation of complex solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
