Position Purpose Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Group Database, this position customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the planning and coordination of all phases of case installation for new clients. This position will also be responsible for the timely and accurate renewal process for performance standard groups. Accountable for the success of each case implementation, this position will have direct contact with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Contracts, Product Development, Membership Accounting and other operation areas and typically is required to perform any number of specialized assignments with little or no supervision.


  • Tracks and monitors all aspects of the installation process for new groups, creating timelines/work plans, monitoring results to ensure all internal operational targets are met.
  • Prepares reports and documentation concerning new sales activities and projects, reporting results to management and Sales on a regular basis.
  • Facilitates pre/post client meetings regarding new sale activity and travels to client offices to participate in pre-enrollment meetings communicating timelines and expectations.
  • Represents Membership in new product implementation meetings, evaluates project plan, communicates reasonable timelines, facilitate sub-group meetings to discuss Membership impact, and prepares business requirements and other documentation or training materials.
  • Responds to new group Request for Proposals with emphasis on troubleshooting any potential barriers or concerns.
  • Coordinates open enrollment activities for performance standard groups, ensuring timely processing and ID card mailing to avoid Health Net exposure to financial penalties.


Education/Experience High School diploma or GED. One to three years experience in membership, eligibility and/or customer service within the health care and HMO industry preferred.

Pay Range $18.27 - $31.10 per hour


Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
