Director, Product Management


Overview


The Fraud & Decisioning team within Cyber and Intelligence (C&I) is seeking a Director, Product Management who will be responsible in leading our go to market strategy for issuer facing Transaction Fraud Management Applications. These capabilities include Discovering and Authoring Rules, Managing Fraud Cases, and using Analytical Dashboards. We are enhancing and expanding our services to further help our customers (card issuers) improve productivity in maximizing fraud detection and minimizing cardholder disruption. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, is highly motivated, intellectually curious, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, and has experience with all aspects of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities


  • Drive product management through the product lifecycle process (Studio framework).
  • Drive product commercialization in partnership with product development, regional leads, and sales.
  • Build storytelling narratives and create compelling communications for stakeholders including Executive Management.
  • Develop business cases for funding for significant platform enhancements.
  • Track growth, penetration, and identify market opportunities.
  • Help manage financials - budget, forecasting, cost allocation.
  • Support the analysis and implementation of pricing initiatives for new or existing products and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the go to market strategies including marketing, sales materials, training (videos and web sessions), publications, and announcements.
  • Drive knowledge of our products using consistent documentation.


All About You


  • Experience supporting a product in market and launching new services.
  • Solid communications skills, business acumen, and ability to translate research results into high level summary.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry, payments processing, and issuer fraud solutions.
  • Ability to work across geographies and cultures with different teams to achieved objectives.
  • Able to work backward from defined success and use data to drive decisions.
