- Drive product management through the product lifecycle process (Studio framework).
- Drive product commercialization in partnership with product development, regional leads, and sales.
- Build storytelling narratives and create compelling communications for stakeholders including Executive Management.
- Develop business cases for funding for significant platform enhancements.
- Track growth, penetration, and identify market opportunities.
- Help manage financials - budget, forecasting, cost allocation.
- Support the analysis and implementation of pricing initiatives for new or existing products and strategic initiatives.
- Drive the go to market strategies including marketing, sales materials, training (videos and web sessions), publications, and announcements.
- Drive knowledge of our products using consistent documentation.
- Experience supporting a product in market and launching new services.
- Solid communications skills, business acumen, and ability to translate research results into high level summary.
- Knowledge of the payments industry, payments processing, and issuer fraud solutions.
- Ability to work across geographies and cultures with different teams to achieved objectives.
- Able to work backward from defined success and use data to drive decisions.
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
