Director, Product Management, AI & Security Solutions


Overview


The AI & Security Solutions Product Management team is looking for a Director, Product Development in the Network Behavior Management team who will be responsible for the ideation, development, and technical management of thoughtful programs aimed at improving network performance and ecosystem activity. This role will look to leverage AI &ML for the identification, detection, and prevention of improper network performance and new prouct creation. The group is responsible for productizing and commercializing the payment network– the group aims to increase transactions on the MA network and VAS revenue derived off these transactions.


Role


Product Managers at Mastercard drive new product opportunities from conception to global, fully scaled products that solve end-to-end business problems for ecosystem participants including issuers, acquirers, merchants, nonprofits, governments, and cardholders.


In This Position, You Will


  • Build scalable automated solutions across petabytes of data.
  • Ensure effective collaboration, communication and socialization to drive the creation and implementation of new programs and products
  • Own competitive intellingence, by understanding emerging trends in the payment sector from existing competitors (like Visa) and new disruptors
  • Develop and implement a data-driven process to prioritize product innovations (new products and changes to existing programs)
  • Support incubation of new ideas leading to credible product ideas and improvements and integrity programs, in line with the global network strategy
  • Use statistics and business knowledge to originate, design and implement analyses that drive our clients bottom line globally


All About You


The ideal candidate for this position should have:


  • Experience in strategy preparation, product ideation, product management and analytics from ideation through launch
  • Proven analytical skills coupled with strong written and oral presentation capabilities
  • Comfort in driving initiatives without supervision and making decisions with incomplete or imperfect data
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field; MBA / advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to influence C-level and senior leadership across a global, decentralized organization
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Proven ability to build high functioning, creative, execution-oriented teams

NYC Salary Range: $192,050 - $296,700


Westchester County Salary Range: $167,000 - $258,000
