The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.


Overview


Within the Data & Services organization, the Consulting and Innovation Services (CIS) organization is focused on creating, evolving and delivering superior Consulting products including Engines, which are platform-based consulting products. The Regional Product Management teams are accountable for the full P&L of the products and the Client Services teams ensure that all projects and programs are efficiently and successfully completed.


Role


  • Support North America region’s Engines product go to market strategy (including pricing committee discussions, partnerships support)
  • Own regional revenues target and represent/promote Engines products across the regions building relationship with key regional stakeholders
  • Support new products Concept and Market Test phases with regional competitive analysis, researches, ideas, run regional client forum and feedbacks
  • Support sales team as product specialists, providing sales enablement materials/trainings and support when needed
  • Execute regional studio process (like OneTrust legal reviews)
  • Execute needed product localization (like identify translations needs and coordinate vendor, identify local contents needs and review quality, identify content prioritization for the region) and assure product regional product quality and relevance for clients
  • Own regional budget for localization including third parties contract/PO issue and cost tracking
  • Consolidate product feedback received by markets (or by customer success managers) and provide product improvement recommendations into GPM
  • Support product new launch in the region: prepare the product for the launch, support product awareness, identify users target and support technical onboarding
  • Coordinate operational activities like billing code requests, bulletin publications, monthly billing accuracy, salesforce accuracy, opt-out monitoring, actuals and forecast revenues review, product performance reporting

  • Experience with Product P&L management
  • Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
  • Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams
  • Interest in technology and desire to apply technology to solve problems
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
