Overview


Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) Solutions is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments, both now and in future. We ensure that transactions and interactions are safe, simple and smart. The Cyber Security & Risk Product organization within C&I is responsible for developing and managing cyber security solutions that help build trust in the Mastercard ecosystem while increasing Mastercard’s posture as a leader in the cybersecurity industry.


RiskRecon Protect is a cloud-based cybersecurity solution to help shield companies against DDoS attacks, malicious bots and common web application attacks. The Director, Product Management for RiskRecon Protect SMB is responsible for the development, growth and management of the RiskRecon Protect SMB product and strategy.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the development and management of the RiskRecon Protect SMB product suite to provide solutions to small businesses
  • Act as an expert, advocate and champion for designated products to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead broad commercialization initiatives, including establishing go-to-market approach and key performance indicators for products, setting objectives in partnership with stakeholders and driving commercial plans to ensure success
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize business cases for new business and products
  • Lead product team and ensure compliance with the product management discipline

  • Proven success in developing and launching new products following the scaled agile framework
  • Proven success getting things done across cultures, functions and time zones
  • Continuous learner, agile mindset
  • Experience with cloud security architecture, IT management practice and cybersecurity attacks
  • Track record in developing and managing cybersecurity products
  • Demonstrate depth of knowledge of their Product and the ecosystem in which it operates (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive environment). Apply this knowledge to the development of winning Product strategies
  • Demonstrate awareness of Mastercard's broader Product offering and the ability to leverage Products from other business areas to augment Product capabilities
  • Expert in reconciling start-up and big corporation cultures to get things done
  • Proven success in influencing engineering teams to ensure scaled agile practices are in place and abided by
  • Quickly adaptable to change
  • Strong, confident and exacting writer and speaker. You communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
