Position Purpose With our Superior Healthplan Compliance team in Texas, you will assist with ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and federal and state government reporting and regulations are met in a timely manner.

In person office requirement once a month to retrieve mail
- Responsible for auditing and processing various PHI (Protected Health Information) Authorization Forms submitted by members and authorized representatives.
- Manage timelines to ensure forms are processed within 30 calendar days in accordance with Federal regulations with a internal turn around time of 7 business days.
- Meet daily benchmark to process 35 requests per day.
- This position also acts a Subject Matter Expert to provide education to the organization about the various forms.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory deliverables and other requirements
