All About You
The Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at Saint Louis University is seeking a permanent Non-Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Russian and Comparative Literature.
Job Duties:
(1) Teaching (75%) - Teach 3 or 4 courses each semester in Russian language, literature and film studies, and university core.
(2) Research (12.5%).
(3) Service to university and department (12.5%) - Develop interdisciplinary courses, participate in committees, and other professional service as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Russian, Russian Studies, or Comparative Literature with emphasis in Russian Studies (can be foreign equivalent).
18 months experience in university teaching.
Russian language proficiency.
Knowledge of Russian cinema.
