Description

Position purpose Provides training, clinical consultation, and practice transformation support to Substance Use Disorder providers. Responsible for resolving issues for members, such as access to care issues, by liaising between providers, members, and internal departments. Identifies opportunities and implements pilots and programs that improve quality of care.


Provider Training and Consultation


Facilitate resolution of member and provider escalated issues


Member and provider communications


State Required Reporting


Facilitation and/or attendance at stakeholder meetings.


Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or other related field. 4+ years experience, preferably in a community behavioral health setting Licensure/Certifications Chemical Dependency Professional required. For Washington plan only Candidate must possess licensure as a SUD professional and/or SUD professional trainee that is in active pursuance of their full licensure.

Pay Range $52,900.00 - $95,200.00 per year


Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
