The MuleSoft (API) Integration Analyst is responsible for supporting the API development process. The role includes documenting, designing, testing and managing API integrations and solutions. Team member will work across departments and functional and technical IT teams to support the digital transformation of the airline.
- Document and design integration requirements for development using MuleSoft AnyPoint platform
- Conduct user requirement sessions with internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluating as-is processes and provide recommendations for improvement in future state design
- Create, validate, and review user stories for Agile methodology
- Coordinate and participate in application testing, systems integration testing and user signoff processes
- Provide support and guidance identifying & resolving issues with integrations as part of the development process and in post-production support
- Design event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus or similar platforms.
- Adhere to and enhance best practice API security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ IT Work experience
- Experience with MuleSoft's three-layered approach to API-led connectivity (System, Process & Experience APIs)
- Experience with service bus architecture
- Must be present at worksite 100% of the time - No Hybrid/Remote; local to South FL area or open to relocation
- No travel required
