As the MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) Administrator at Spirit, you will partner with IT and the Business organizations across the Company to discover and execute solutions to complex technology challenges. You will be involved in the design, development, testing, and support of the platform. In addition, you will ensure Spirit’s infrastructure is considerate of how Microsoft’s CRM interacts with other systems and/or vendors and serve as the point of contact for any change requests to ensure its’ integrity. The primary focus of this role will be to manage the D365 CRM environment, but the ideal person will have the opportunity to gain experience across other platforms and supporting services in Azure in the future. The successful candidate works with a sense of urgency who exhibits ownership in your area of expertise and leans towards actions by prioritizing the most meaningful outcomes.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CE CRM applications, including code promotion, system upgrades, maintenance fixes, and patches.
- Document ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ business processes for team member and guest engagement
- Support integration and validation of guest data from and to Dynamics to central guest data marts and other solutions within the Spirit guest ecosystem
- Coordinate with Information Technology staff and End Users on requested Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, and will review the technical requirements to design, test, implement, and maintain a solution
- Provide on-going support of Dynamics 365 CRM and related systems, including incident analysis and resolution.
- Work closely with IT Application Development, System Engineering, Cyber Security, and the Service Desk to ensure the successful deployment, support, and availability of business systems.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Architect, implement, test, and deploy required functionality in MS Dynamics CRM following Agile/Scrum methodology
- Use entities, workflow, PowerApps and Power Automate appropriately to provide the most efficient solution
- Create or update different entities, workflows, forms/UI, security profiles based on business requirements
- Strategize, design, and implement security, which restricts access only to key CRM data/entity/form only for privileged user
- Lead CRM deployment activities and document the deployment plan/check list
- Assist in implementing automated testing
- Implement best practices for design, planning, response model development in efforts to increase constituent engagement
- Act as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications
- Perform business and data analysis to understand the operation model and underlying data characteristics of the various internal clients using CRM
- Work with Product Manager to create successful roadmap for CRM and related integrated applications
- Monitor quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance.
- Assign, maintain, and review application security roles and privileges.
- Conducts routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Facilitate and/or create new procedures and processes that support advancing technologies and/or capabilities.
- Partners with others and will be intrinsically motivated to find solutions within a given structure while having the ability to deal with abstract concepts, systems, and innovative ideas in an organized self-disciplined way.
- Provide peer-level review and mentoring to other team members.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs, or technical developments).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar).
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics Certification, not required but encouraged
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including developing business processes within Microsoft Power Automate
- Ability to recognize ambiguous information and perceived problems and turn it into actionable items through data
- Excellent communication skills, able to talk to Team Members across the organization from entry level to executive management
- Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved
- Able to quickly learn the industry, the organization and its’ areas of improvement to mobilize and prioritize projects
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
- No travel required.
- Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
