- Collecting and documenting competitive product information.
- Update partner contracts tracking report.
- Create a department partner invoicing tracking report.
- Create a tracking report to monitor staff use of Wi-Fi vouchers and trip reports.
- Review Wi-Fi Guest Care processes and training manuals and update them where necessary.
- Validate partner IT Security forms are current and updated where necessary.
- Develop various tracking reports to measure ongoing results (emails, web banners, social media, etc.)
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs, or technical developments).
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience. (someone between their Freshman & Sophomore, Sophomore & Junior, or Junior & Senior years of college preferred)
* No experience is required. (interest in marketing is preferred)
* Good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to take direction and work to task completion.
* No travel required.
* Hybrid role (3-4 days a week in the office & 1-2 days a week working from home)
