Midwest BankCentre is seeking an experienced In-house Creative and Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day creative needs of the bank, as well as manage the operationalization of much of the creative collateral. The individual would support two brands: Midwest BankCentre and Rising Bank, with the majority of the work being for the Midwest BankCentre brand. Our goal is to differentiate Midwest BankCentre and Rising Bank through our values-based approach. We lead with story, humanizing the brands and creating connections that drive action. The candidate will help bring our differentiators to life across multiple channels.
The objective of this position is to foster the Midwest BankCentre and Rising Bank brands through consistent and compelling creative campaigns, while generating the day-to-day assets for print and digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all creative initiatives, including digital (advertisements, landing pages, etc) , social, and print (newspaper ads, direct mail, etc.), as well as developing sales collateral such as fliers, one-sheeters, RFPs, direct mail, and brochures. Additionally, this person will be responsible for coordinating updates of creative when necessary and ensuring effective and efficient production of sales collateral. The individual will work closely with an established creative agency on larger creative concepts / campaigns 2 – 3 times per year.
