This position will be located onsite at our Lake Saint Louis location and hours are Monday -Friday 9-530pm CST.

What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Customer Concierge Specialist is the frontline representative and image of MTM. They will have the training, resources and autonomy to make decisions that are best for the customer and the company. The Customer Concierge Specialist will also identify opportunities to better serve customers and resolve issues that result in an ongoing excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, texts and chats from customers to coordinate services offered through MTM’s products, provide website/mobile app support and process payments, cancelations and refunds
- Demonstrate a superior customer service experience and sincere personal commitment to promptness, reliability and quality of work
- Schedule requested services for customers
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the MTM’s products to better service customers
- Recognize, handle and/or refer situations of an emergent nature
- Document, resolve and respond to customer complaints/issues
- Proactively promote product subscriptions and services as applicable
- Demonstrate flexibility in areas such as job duties and schedule to better serve customers and help MTM achieve its business and operational goals
- Collaborate with internal MTM Departments, such as Dispatch, Marketing and Technology to ensure the highest level of service for customers
- Meet job specific key performance indicators and goals
- Provide support on special projects as needed
What You’ll need:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service/contact center experience

- Prior product/service cross-promotion experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as navigating websites and mobile apps
- High degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively promote products and services to customers
- Ability to handle situations of an escalated nature using an analytical thought process
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify with customer needs
