Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide our organization into the future. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring that our business strategies and decisions align with our mission and drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:Develop and drive the company’s long-term strategy with an emphasis on achieving sustainable growth.
    Collaborate with the Board of Directors in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
    Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring that they align with short-term and long-term objectives.
  2. Operational Excellence:Directly oversee operations, finance, HR, and other business functions.
    Ensure operational processes remain efficient and effective, continuously seeking improvements.
    Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and commitment to quality.
  3. Stakeholder Management:Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
    Represent the company to financial partners, including investors, financial institutions, auditors, public officials, etc.
    Act as the primary spokesperson and representative for the company.
  4. Team Leadership:Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of key leaders.
    Ensure a recruitment process that attracts and retains top-tier talent.
    Cultivate a growth-focused and motivating work environment, leading by example.
  5. Financial Planning and Management:Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
    Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
    Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
  6. Business Development:Assess and steer company direction in response to an ever-evolving market environment.
    Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

Compensation:
