Position Summary: The Digital Project Manager will lead projects to deliver highest class digital experience to our patients and providers. The Project Manager will have overall accountability for the execution and performance of said projects with a focus in implementing processes and solutions which are aligned with best practices and leveraging technology platforms. As they will need to roll up their sleeves and help with ecommerce and portal development. They will work in partnership with the Information Technology, Digital Experience/Marketing and various other internal teams along with the system integrator/implementer which will require them to quickly understand program objectives, build trust, rapport, and credibility with each team to assure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and lead all phases of digital experience projects on variety of platforms – Patients and Provider portals, eCommerce initiative, and branding solutions in a multi technology and vendor environment.
- Lead teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines, maintain the teams’ focus on the business objectives, and track progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones, on budget and with the desired results.
- Report on status through the engagement of key stakeholders as well as the steering committee.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to eliminate roadblocks.
- Manage budget, schedule, as well as all aspects of the organization’s digital experience roadmap
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience managing large scale IT/Digital/Integration projects
- Expertise in working with a broad range of digital/marketing solutions (Portals, eCommerce platforms, branding websites) is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Previous work experience using multiple program / project management methodologies including, but not limited to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, among others.
- Demonstrated ability to listen, be self-motivated and drive teams to achieve Business outcomes in fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, as well as previous experience in communicating with Sr. Leadership and “C” level stakeholders.
- Self-guided and can work independently with minimal direction.
- PMI or Agile certification preferred.
