An Office Coordinator employee is trained to act as the first point of contact for our corporate headquarters. Responsible for overall welcome experience within the corporate headquarters. This employee will also perform the necessary administrative responsibilities needed to create a smooth experience for our corporate headquarters.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIRED:
The Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Experience working in an office environment.
- High level of interpersonal skills and ethics to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Good listening skills, alert, analytic ability, problem solving ability, sound judgment, initiative, creativity, and patience.

Major Duties:
- Displays a Positive attitude greeting customers and visitors with a warm welcome experience.
- Displays and maintains positive attitude and promotes same to others.
- Opens lines of communication within each facility, administration, and the corporate team.
- Displays ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and handle stressful situations in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates Eyecare Partners mission and established goals in management performance.
- Demonstrates visibility and establishes productive relationships with vendors and Stake Holders.
- Acts as a resource to Director of Facilities, EHS and Biomedical Support, facilities, and stakeholders.
- Initial point of contact for all service-related physical plant issues within HQ utilizing upkeep including tenants.
- Responsible for the building badge access control.
- Responsible for front lobby temperature checking process.
- Responsible for delivery and organization of mail within HQ.
- Other tasks as requested (filing, office supplies, lunch coordination, etc.).
- Keep conference room availability up to date and organized.
- Maintain and refill break rooms with required supplies.
- Complete inventory orders for individual employees and stock room.
- Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
