SUMMARY
HR Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from Dayforce to provide insights that will help the ECP Leaders to make informed decisions. You will be expected to use Excel and other tools to create KPIs that will be used to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Dayforce to identify trends and patterns.
- Creating KPIs in Excel that will be used to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Developing reports and dashboards that provide insights into HR metrics.
- Collaborating with HR business partners to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits.
To be successful in this role, a candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, with experience using Dayforce Reporting. Successful candidates will have strong Excel skills, especially Vlookups, pivot tables and charts. Experience using BI tools like PowerBI preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2+ year experience in HR operations, data entry or related function

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related function
