DIGITAL EXPERIENCES AND CONTENT MANAGER ROLE
Job Summary:
As the Digital Experiences and Content Manager at EyeCare Partners, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing the digital landscape of our optometry, ophthalmology, and corporate websites. This encompasses managing content across an extensive network, including 60+ ophthalmology websites and 6 optometry websites. Your mandate extends beyond content management to engaging consumers and providing leadership in utilizing platforms such as Contentful. You will also forge positive collaborations with our website agency partners, who operate on WordPress and Largely platforms, to optimize our online presence. Additionally, you will partner with external entities on the Contentful platform, ensuring the success of all our websites in search engine rankings.
In this multifaceted role, your responsibilities encompass product ownership, physician recruitment strategies, SEO execution, and identifying customer needs. Through constructive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, you will play a substantial role in enhancing the digital experiences of EyeCare Partners, aligning with our mission of delivering exceptional eye care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership:
- Take ownership of EyeCare Partners' collection of practice websites.
- Regularly update content on websites hosted on the Contentful platform.
- Collaborate with agencies managing non-Contentful websites.
- Partner to transition all current websites on Contentful to the new website template with upgraded content by the end of Q1 2024.
- Physician Recruitment:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to execute a digital-first strategy for physician recruitment.
- Work closely with Largely and our HR Recruitment Marketing Manager to optimize our jobs and careers pages.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility of physician recruitment opportunities.
- SEO Strategy:
- Develop and execute an SEO roadmap in collaboration with third-party agencies.
- Continuously optimize digital experiences to improve search engine marketing discoverability.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Consumer Engagement:
- Implement strategies to engage and inform consumers visiting our websites.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and interactive features that resonate with our target audience.
- Agency Partnership:
- Foster positive collaboration with our website agency partners.
- Ensure the effective execution of digital strategies, particularly on Contentful and WordPress platforms.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- OPT & OPH Needs Analysis:
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to identify website needs.
- Collect input from internal and external sources, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product concepts and enhancements.
- IT Collaboration:
- Partner with the IT team to ensure the security of all ECP websites.
- Collaborate with IT to swiftly resolve any technical issues with our websites, aiming for zero downtime.
- Ensure all website URLs are kept current and up to date.
- Partner with IT on website integrations or transitions to ensure seamless changes to new URLs or websites.
New Experiences Integration:
- Work closely with the IT team to implement new digital experiences such as online scheduling and online try-on.
- Identify and collaborate with IT partners to bring these projects to fruition.
