**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Milieu Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a residential program or facility. The Milieu Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a residential facility or with vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement programming to meet the needs of residents.
- Oversee the daily activities and schedules of residents.
- Train and supervise staff on best practices and client care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care for residents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
