Job Summary
Responsible for implementing the day-to-day needs of the data governance and data quality program. Participate in recommending and implementing policies and procedures for data governance approved by the Data Governance council and Data Governance team. Identify data quality opportunities and drive compliance with data governance and quality initiatives. Ensure data governance opportunities are identified and addressed throughout the project life cycle.

Analytical problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
Proactive mindset: Proficiency in identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate. This involves early intervention, risk mitigation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical skills: Experience with shared data and database languages such as SQL, and familiarity with specific programming languages.
MS/MA and 2-4 years of experience in a related field; or 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Experience with the MDM tool Enterworks/Precisely and the ERP D365 is a plus.
